Making Use of Consumer-Law-Advocates

Consumer law is powerful but complex. In any given transaction, several defenses may exist against creditor or seller claims, but detailed research and mathematical calculations are required in order to spot defenses. When a family is financially burdened, it is important to recognize that the emotional stress caused by indebtedness can impair decision making or lead to other difficulties beyond the debt crisis.  This recognition can help head off other legal problems that could quickly develop.

Consumer-Law-Advocates are available to consult with any family on a wide range of consumer issues, providing leading and local case law, analyzing and evaluating mortgage contract documents for federal and state law compliance, defining factual and legal issues, identifying experts and legal resources to strengthen cases and training trial attorneys in consumer law.

Consumer-Law-Advocates are not Foreclosure Consultants or a Debt Relief Agency.  We do not provide loan modifications or work-out agreements.  We do not seek lien instruments against your home as payment for some service.

 Customer & Professional Colleague Testimonials

I have known Dale for about 7 years. I first encountered Dale when he was hosting a website and mentoring program for individuals in conflict with creditors. I purchased his training materials and participated in his twice weekly conference calls for more than a year. Dale is a great teacher and mentor. During this time I gained the knowledge, confidence and skill necessary to prepare any and all of the legal documents that I needed to effectively deal with my legal issues. Dale is, in my opinion, the single most knowledgeable person in the area of consumer law. He is without peer in the understanding and application of Truth in Lending (TIL) and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) laws. Dale has assisted hundreds of individuals with disputes and litigation concerning credit card debt, student loans and real estate loans. Attorney’s from across the country have sought out and paid Dale to assist and educate them on the application of these laws. There is no other single source of knowledge, greater than Dale’s, in this area of the law.

On the personal side, I consider Dale to be a friend. He is a man of integrity and honor and always gives full measure of his time and expertise to each and every client. I trust Dale and rely on his expertise even to this day.

If you have an issue or dispute with a credit card company or problems with your real estate loan and you go to anyone other than Dale, then you have settled for second best.

Dear Dale

Iwanted to express my appreciation to you for conducting the homeowners' seminar.  It was extremely informative, and it thoroughly illustrated the importance of this topic to distressed homeowners.  Your input and dedication contributed greatly to its success, even without the turnout originally anticipated.

I highly appreciate you personally taking the time out to assist us with the Seminars, and we appreciate your continued support and devotion in assisting homeowners with their various real estate dilemmas.

Please send a fee schedule for the services that you can provide to us in the future.  As always, it was a pleasure working with you and I look forward to continuing our working relationship

Yours truly,

Roberta Chambers, Attorney at Law

Dale,

I wanted to personally convey my gratitude in a huge way for all of your support and professionalism in walking me through the last couple of cases you assisted our firm with. Your expertise in the Truth in Lending Act were invaluable to me and your ability to walk me through the different aspects of the case helped me tremendously at some critical times. And I particularly thank you for being so accessible to me at those critical moments when I called to run things by you.

I want you to know that I have referred you to several attorney friends in our firm, and in the area, who are also litigating Truth in Lending Act cases. I have told them that I would not practice this area of law without having a very experienced auditor, you, at my side who I can bounce things off of during the course of these cases.  Actually, I think this is an area of law that I think it is extremely beneficial, almost crucial,  to have a team of experts working side by side to really make sure that we are best representing our client, and I'm glad to have you on my team!

Thank you again and we will be in touch.

"Dale Hollis possesses a great depth of understanding in respect to the Truth In Lending Act and which ancillary claims, state and federal, best support a TILA claim.

Mr Hollis combines his knowledge of the TILA with an adept command of the procedural and substantive considerations unique to such claims in the various federal courts, and can communicate what those subtleties are and how they vary from federal circuit to circuit in a clear and concise fashion to the practitioner.

I recommend Mr. Hollis as an invaluable resource to any Plaintiff's attorney wishing to bring claims pursuant to the TILA or refine their practice methods in this area."
